Her experience, positive energy and entrepreneurial spirit lead Southwest Florida Parent & Child to become the #1 parenting publication in Southwest Florida. In fact, it became so successful, that Gannett’s Multi-Media Holdings company purchased her publication in 2004. Today, it is one of The News-Press top niche publications. Ramos-Williams was born and raised in Miami. She moved to Fort Myers in 1998, where she resides with her husband and children. She stays actively involved in the community. She is one of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Lee County, a member of the Junior League, Multicultural Center of SWFL, Hispanic Chamber and Chamber of SWFL. She is a graduate of Leadership Lee County and can often be found at networking events such as E-Women’s Network and Women in Business.
